The scope of works included drainage, foundations, underslab insulation & gas barrier, five storey concrete frame including lift shafts and shear walls along with the installation of pre-cast concrete stairs.
The scheme included the purchase of two tower cranes for the business.The project was started three weeks late due to delays from piling and over the duration of the contract this lost time was gained back through acceleration on the superstructure works as planned. Moortown were instrumental in selection of key ancillary products such as DSD couplers, continuity connectors, insulation, gas membrane and shear rails.
