The AMZL facility is a new logistics centre soley for Amazon van distribution. The project consisted of the installation of the warehouse sub-structure, large drainage channels, road kerbs, ducting works which included future proof infrastructure for van charging points, gas and water utilise, sub-base installation ahead of tarmac works, import and level 4500m3 of topsoil, install precast walls to dock levellers.
