Construction of 350,000 sqft of new retail and leisure space including retail outlets, restaurants, a gym and a cinema. Complex phasing was agreed to co-ordinate with a gas main diversion and major civils work being carried out including deep drainage (7-8m) extensive external hard landscaping and highway works.
