The Moortown Group Limited Board of Directors ensure that all employees are competent to undertake their duties through training, coaching, and advice. As a minimum qualification all our Site Managers have attained the Construction Site Managers Safety Certificate (SMSTS) and other site supervisors the Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme Certificate (SSSTS) they are also required to possess First Aid at Work qualification. It is our intention that all Site Managers hold the NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
Moortown Group Limited are constantly looking to improve performance and to find innovative ways of ensuring that the emphasis remains on providing a safe environment for everyone. All management staff and operatives receive safety training on a regular basis and training requirements are regularly reviewed by the Directors and senior management.
Constant monitoring of our work sites and operations to identify all risks are carried out by senior managers and our external consultant / advisor, procedures and operations are then constantly updated.
