The training arm of the business was developed to enable us to ensure that all employees were suitably trained and competent to carry out the works that were being undertaken. We have an on-going interest and concern for our people’s development and for their welfare. We ensure that through training, coaching and advice, all employees are competent to undertake their duties.

We have a proactive approach to training and invest heavily in a wide range of training programmes. We recognise that only through the development of our people can we attain our goals, deliver our objectives and continue to develop the business.

Staff development and learning is monitored and maintained by means of a formal appraisal system. Appropriate training is provided to help staff realise their full potential. All learning is positively encouraged and whenever possible, we sponsor our people to learn new skills and to widen their range of abilities.

The Company always recognises and encourages hard work, ability and commitment. We are a fully approved CITB HS&E testing centre.

We are also equipped to deliver a range of qualifications that are industry recognised and enable individuals to then hold the relevant CSCS card which is a requirement for the majority of construction sites across the UK.
